Yesterday I still finally written the last meeting about the film Fetish Film Festival 2012 in Kiel. As long as I had never been before and even though this year's festival lasted only three days. The reason was the very high number of short films, and my claim to give each of those movies that really deserve attention.
Also this year, I had the impression that even more viewers have come to the performances. Gradually the festival established itself in terms of number of visitors. I was particularly pleased see so many youth BDSM ( smjg.org ) of Kiel, who also participated intense and meaningful to the discussion.
But also on transgender evening, a few nicely dressed TV's have ventured into cinema.
The Framework Programme, there were a few successful deals and which showed the lack of interest. So took the bondage of Gajin workshop attended by approximately 20 people, which is quite a success. The reading of Mystheria Oh, I was not able to visit from time pressure, lacking much of listeners, too bad. The display of photographs, drawings and paintings, it is difficult to measure the interest.

The Fetish Film Festival 2012 was once again a wonderful kaleidoscope of wide environment of fetishism and BDSM. Some posts have easily entertained, one or the other had an erotic effect, others have in turn provoking and just a few movies you have wondered whether they ever fit into the program. I would have personally shown the winner of the festival "In Good Hands" by Tanya Wexler out of competition. Since he had nothing to do very little to do with the festival theme. But the audience jury, which appeared very numerous in this film, has decided.
To the charm of the festival is always the presence of directors, actors and stakeholders as well as their joy and pride to inform the audience about the history of their work. What in the subsequent discussions in the cinema, which have also increased this year, always led to interesting reflections of what is seen.
To conclude my this year's report, I would like Andy, the program director of dream cinema thank you for his immense use again and again to find the stamina and the nose wonderful gems and his team a place to create in the films outside the mainstream, on such unconventional topics such as fetishism and BDSM, can be shown, and so get a bigger attention.
